St. Patrick's Day

We celebrated St. Patrick's Day by going to the annual parade downtown. In all our years here, it was the first time we had been. It was fun because we were there with several couples/families from church, but the actual parade was a little lame! Not to mention the fact that Brooke was a little overwhelmed b the crowds/noise so we had to hold her entire time. Maybe next year she will be a little more brave if we decide to go...

For dinner, we had our traditional corned beef and cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, complete with Irish Soda bread, green pina coladas, and green jello cake. It was a yummy dinner, and a great way to celebrate our Irish blood!
