This year on Groundhog Day, we had a fun Groundhog Dinner!
Complete with Groundhog pancakes, "Groundhog" biscuits and gravy, and even Groundhogs peeking out of our hot cocoa. It was lots of fun!! It's so fun to celebrate fun little holidays..we just hope Punksatony Phil was wrong and that there isn't actually 6 more weeks of winter..
