Brooklyn had her 2 month Dr. appt today. She screamed during the shots, and it was really sad. She has slept a lot today, but has been pretty fussy while awake and hasn't had a very good appetite. Luckily, tonight she is more like her usual calm self! Her stats are:
Weight: 8 lbs 6 oz (2%)
Length: 21.5 inches (10%)
Head: 14.6 inches (6%)
She is doing great and is gaining weight right on track! Since she was premature, they have told us to expect developmental milestones from her due date, so we are still waiting for her to smile. I'm excited for that! But she does lift her head from side to side on her tummy and she focuses on objects well. She likes to wiggle a lot! Last week, she was doing tummy time (she was mad because she was hungry) and she used her strong legs to turn in almost a complete circle. She also pushes her legs against me to a standing position supporting lots of her weight..this usually happens when she is mad and hungry too! We love our little girl and are definitely seeing her get more attitude!

She often focuses intently on her surroundings. She's a very alert baby!
Staring at her rattle. We love her huge bright eyes! We still can't tell what color they are going to be, but they are going to be very dark.

Oh what a doll! I'm sorry about the shots - it seems like the 2 month ones were AWFUL and then the rest weren't a big deal at all. I hope it's the same for you!
